Unidata is looking to hire a developer on the THREDDS team to help work on future versions of the THREDDS stack, focusing on improving it for cloud-native deployments. This stack includes netCDF-Java, the THREDDS Data Server, as well as the client Python library, Siphon. While the current THREDDS Data Server is heavily java-based, we are looking at other potential technology stacks (like Python) for future cloud-focused versions. Java experience is NOT required. Experience with AOS data formats is a huge plus.
