My directories are missing from the sidebar in jupyter hub on pangeo cloud. I recently changed my github username that was associated with my login credentials for pangeo - could that be the reason? If so, how do I fix this in order to get my directories back (and keeping my updated github username)?
If you change your github username, the hub will think you are a different user. There’s no way for it to know the two accounts are related. The 2i2c admins will have to manually copy and move your home directory.
If you can email support@2i2c.org with your old username and new username, I can manually copy the files over.
Some way to prove that the old one was indeed your username would also help
