I was curious if the Pangeo Machine Learning Working Group was still active.

I tried joining today (via the link on the calendar and website) and didn’t see anyone, but wasn’t sure if that was a good indicator or maybe just wrong info / a busy week for folks.

I was leading this a few years ago and passed organization off to @andersy005 when I left CarbonPlan. I wouldn’t be surprised if it dissolved after the Pangeo ML grant concluded.

I was about the delete this from the calendar/website, but actually am wondering if there could be a use for it, in combination with CNG, for an “Embeddings” working group, xref Announcing Sprints to Define Best Practices for Earth Observation Vector Embeddings | Cloud-Native Geospatial Forum - CNG, @martham93 @geospatialjeff. Happy to remove it if not :slight_smile:
