Can't install latest version of cartopy

Hi! I’m trying to work with the latest version of cartopy. If I use !conda install -c conda-forge --yes cartopy, v=0.18.0 is installed. If I try to set it to the latest version: !conda install -c conda-forge --yes cartopy=0.19.0.post1, it continues for ~2 hours, but still ends up installing v=0.18.0.

Your python: conda-forge/linux-64::python==3.8.6=hffdb5ce_5_cpython[md5=daf35432e0b01887d98c18d8ac599728]

If python is on the left-most side of the chain, that's the version you've asked for.
When python appears to the right, that indicates that the thing on the left is somehow
not available for the python version you are constrained to. Note that conda will not
change your python version to a different minor version unless you explicitly specify
that.

The following specifications were found to be incompatible with a past
explicit spec that is not an explicit spec in this operation (libgcc-ng):

Is there a way to resolve these incompatibilities? Thanks!

@jdldeauna are you working on a pangeo jupyterhub? I don’t know the details of how conda and mamba differ when it comes to solving environments, but we do use mamba now when creating the pangeo docker images and the following appears to work: mamba install -y cartopy=0.19.0.post1

It worked, thank you so much!
