Licensing issues around cloud data sharing

Hey everyone, a bit of a random question: I have a personal Google Cloud Storage account I use to share data with collaborators etc. This bucket is private. The data shared is generally public data (e.g. resampled/gridded outputs from MERRA-2 reanalysis, NASA satellite data) but I’m finding it hard to figure out the actual licensing rules around sharing this, or even making the bucket public (so they can avoid the need for a key)? Put another way - how bad would it be if I shared this data publicly?! I am struggling to really interpret what the various licenses mean in this situation (minimal changes to data that’s already public).
