Earth Observation Visualization Challenge launching this November through NASA, UNVIE, and UNOOSA!

This November, NASA, in collaboration with the U.S. Mission to International Organizations in Vienna (UNVIE), and the UN Office for Outer Space Affairs (UNOOSA), is launching an Earth Observation Visualization challenge in celebration of the 2023 Year of Open Science and the beginning of NASA’s five-year initiative to Transform to OPen Science (TOPS).

Solvers of all levels of expertise from around the world will build data visualizations that highlight important global issues (Zero Hunger, Clean Water and Sanitation, or Climate Action) using public Earth observation datasets funded by the US Government. Top solvers will win participation in UNVIE’s prestigious 10-day Space Exchange program.

You can sign up at earth-vis.drivendata.org to get notified as soon as the challenge launches.
