What would that look like for a data scientist to have it in Analysis Ready Cloud Optimized form? Anyone with experience with that dataset and expertise in Zarr format? This would be great. I am exploring a distributed version of this but would love to start with some good Zarr examples.
I am opening the Netcdf files and reassigning the ds to ds.metpy.assign_latitude_longitude(). It just seems odd to get 2D arrays for lat/lon.
I would be very interested in an example of a true color product from three Zarr files 
or equivalent.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
