Icechunk is an open-source library and specification for the storage of multidimensional array (a.k.a. tensor) data in cloud object storage with the ability to apply git-style version control to Zarr Arrays and Groups.

Ryan Abernathy will explain how Icechunk’s transactions, snapshots, tags, and branches can add safety and flexibility to data pipelines and workflows. He will also cover how Icechunk can improve AI/ML model development.
