We are organizing this years Spatial Data Science across languages workshop in Jena Germany from September 16 and 17 and a developing Day at 18th September.

This is the fourth installment of these workshops with the aim to bring developers of spatial data science tools in different programming languages – mainly Julia, Python and R – together.

This year we might give a bit more focus on large gridded datasets.

See [Spatial Data Science across Languages (SDSL) 2026 | 2026](https://spatial-data-science.github.io/2026/) for more information and [Spatial Data Science across Languages (SDSL) 2026](https://survey.academiccloud.de/f/861612?lang=en) to directly register.
