PyData Global CFP closes August 2nd: [https://global.pydata.org/pages/cfp.html](https://global.pydata.org/pages/cfp.html)

The PyData conference series is usually a pretty friendly community that cuts across domains. I think that a lot of the work that happens in the Pangeo community, both around technology, specific science work, and education would all be a good fit.

It would be great if someone wanted to submit something high-level about Pangeo for this conference. I will be on vacation and can’t lead a submission.
