Hi everyone,

I am looking to hire two new members in my newly established [Geospatial Analytics, Technology and Open Research Lab](https://gatorlab.io) at the University of Florida to work with me on **Discrete Global Grid Systems**. I am not looking to hire people for a fixed project with rigid deliverables but would rather work with someone who’s open to exploring new and bold ideas. The postdoc position is initially for 1 year (extendable based on performance and funding). The GRA will receive a full 4-year assistantship (stipend, tuition waiver and health insurance). My lab is located in South Florida (Fort Lauderdale) but placement on the main campus in Gainesville is also possible.

- **Postdoctoral Associate** : $60K - $70K / year, initial appointmet 1 year, extendable
- **Graduate Research Assistant** : 4-year assistantship with stipend, tuition and health insurance
