I’m building a small team at Macquarie Group to modernize their quantitative weather analytics in support of their various trading desks.

Cool opportunity to be a part of a small team, architecting and building a system from the ground up. Start up vibes, but no VC funding to deal with, and no sales to be made (all the clients already exist internally).
