# About the CMIP6 Hackathon category

- Should project groups be located at a single site? e.g., see [hipalevsky](https://discourse.pangeo.io/t/ocean-oxygen-in-a-warming-world/68/7) . If so, **how do we know which site each of us, especially the proposers of the projects, belongs to?**

- Is there an “Allocated Project Code” we can use for requesting CMIP5 data at NCAR? e.g., see [hdrake1](https://discourse.pangeo.io/t/do-cmip5-emergent-constraints-on-the-large-scale-circulation-still-work-in-cmip6/72/8)

- Will reanalysis products and observational data be available? e.g., see [afahadabdullah](https://discourse.pangeo.io/t/the-cmip6-data-for-our-hackathon/73/4).
